Bites & Insights is a monthly workshop hosted by Lauren Thompson, Speech-Language Pathologist, designed to empower parents of children of all ages with practical strategies for supporting their child’s feeding journey. Hosted virtually and in person at Lauren’s Londonderry office, this workshop offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and grow alongside other families.


With a maximum of 15 families per session, Bites & Insights provides a personalized and engaging experience. This workshop is perfect for parents looking to:

  • Support their child’s feeding skills and encourage exploration of new foods.
  • Learn creative ways to describe food using positive, engaging language.
  • Foster a healthy, pressure-free relationship with food that will grow with their child.


Beyond feeding strategies, this workshop is also an opportunity to meet like-minded parents, share experiences, and build a supportive community or of families who understand the challenges and triumphs of feeding growing eaters.

Nourishing Neurodiversity is a monthly workshop hosted by Lauren Thompson, Speech-Language Pathologist, designed to support parents of neurodiverse children of all ages in creating positive, stress-free mealtime experiences. This workshop is hosted virtually or in person at Lauren’s Londonderry office.


Each session is limited to 15 families or fewer to foster a close-knit community of like-minded parents. Together, we will explore strategies for expanding your child's food repertoire, encouraging sensory exploration, and building a mealtime environment centered around connection and trust—free from pressure or expectations.


This workshop is rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, embracing each child's unique feeding journey and sensory needs. Lauren will guide parents through practical ways to help their children feel secure when trying new foods and empowered in their food choices.
